Project Details

Federal funding for all of the projects is derived from the BRIDGE NY program. Projects on the federal aid system will be programmed with 80% federal National Highway Performance Program (NHPP). The projects off the federal aid system will be programmed with 80% federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) Off-System Bridge funds. The match will come from toll credits (15%) and local contributions (5%).

BRIDGE NY is new funding to the region and does not count against regional allocations/planning targets.

Fiscal constraint is maintained.

PIN 576212 is in Chautauqua County (outside MPO) and is only included in this action to complete the public review requirement for State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) inclusion. All projects will appear on the STIP under the Group PIN 5BNY01. Culvert projects awarded under BRIDGE NY are 100% state funded and are not placed on the TIP.
