GBNRTC Stimulus Project Status for Highway and Bridge Program
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of (ARRA) 2009 emphasizes transparency and accountability on all projects funded through ARRA. The Greater Buffalo-Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) has developed this public web space to provide timely and continuous status accountability of the local program.
On February 23, 2009 the GBNRTC approved 55 projects for implementation under the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A list of 65 additional projects was also approved, as a standby list should additional funding become available, or a project on the original funded list falter. Any alteration to that original list is fully documented according to adopted change control procedures and can be found here.
