The GBNRTC Planning and Coordinating Committee (PCC) meeting on September 7, 2016 is cancelled to facilitate members participation in Governor Cuomo's Conference on Sustainable Development and Collaborative Governance that day.

The next PCC Meeting will be held October 5, 2016 at the NYS Thruway Authority.
