GBNRTC and NITTEC Office Space Tenant Representative

The Greater Buffalo Niagara Reginal Transportation Council (GBNRTC) and Niagara International Transportation and Techology Coalition (NITTEC) are jointly seeking services of a tenant representative to assist with developing specifications and procurement for office space. Future office space will be located in the Buffalo, NY Central Business District. Options for space proposals will include up to three options (1) space for GBNRTC on its own, (2) space for NITTEC on its own and (3) space to be collocated by GBNRTC and NITTEC. GBNRTC currently occupies approximately 5000 SF at 438 Main Street, Buffalo, NY. NITTEC currently occupies 3500 SF at 181 Oak Street, co-located with NFTA.

Blue Water Tower Corridor (I-90/I-290) Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) Study.

GBNRTC is leading the effort to develop a Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) Study for the Blue Water Tower (I-90/I-290) Corridor. The PEL study will analyze the existing condition of the corridors, develop a purpose and need statement for improvements, develop and screen alternatives and engage the public through the PEL process.

Note that the Blue Water Tower Corridor procurement is being managed through NFTA as GBNRTC’s Administrative Host Agency. All communications are to be addressed to NFTA per the details listed in the RFP document.
