LRTP 2060: The GBNRTC Long Range Transportation Plan

The Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of the 2060 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) covering Erie and Niagara Counties, New York. This comprehensive plan will establish a forward-looking, multimodal, resilient, and financially constrained transportation vision for the region over the next 30 plus years. The LRTP will align with all applicable federal, state, and local planning requirements, ensuring compliance with current legislative frameworks and regional goals.

Note that the LRTP 2060: The GBNRTC Long Range Transportation Plan procurement is being managed through NFTA as GBNRTC’s Administrative Host Agency. All communications are to be addressed to NFTA per the details listed in the RFP document.
