PIN 5054.04 RT 391 over Neuman Creek
New Project
The Greater Buffalo-Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) is the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Erie and Niagara Counties.
NYSDOT has proposed the addition of one (1) new project to the FFY 26-30 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
This project will replace the bridge on NY Route 391 over Neuman Creek in the Town of Hamburg, Erie County
Total project cost is $4.452M. Fiscal Constraint maintained as $3.561M transferred from PIN 5105.43 NY 39/ US 62; Vil of Gowanda and & $0.360M transferred from PIN 5B20.07 State Infrastructure Program - Block Fund (Rural) & $0.531 100% SDF added.
Anticipated let (obligation) will be 12/26.
Proposed Transportation Conformity exemption: A19: Widening narrow pavements or reconstructing bridges
Public comments will be received for 30 days from 4/16/26 until Close of Business (COB) on 5/15/26.
