PIN 5LC1.12 Lg Culvert Pres & Renew; Northern (Erie) - Cross Program
New Project
The Greater Buffalo-Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) is the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Erie and Niagara Counties.
This project will replace two deteriorating culverts (C540005 & C550014) located in the Towns of Aurora and Orchard Park, Erie County.
Total Project cost: $6.016M. Fiscal constraint will be maintained as project uses 100% Statewide allocated and matched federal funds (new funds to region).
Proposed transportation conformity exemption will be A19: Widening narrow pavements or reconstructing bridges (no additional travel lanes).
Anticipated Let (obligation) date is 12/26.
Public comments will be received for 30 days from 5/21/26 until Close of Business (COB) on 6/22/26.
