PIN 5LC1.13 Lg Culvert Pres & Renew; Northern (Niagara) - Cross Program
New Project
The Greater Buffalo-Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) is the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Erie and Niagara Counties.
This project will replace three deteriorating culverts in the Towns of Lewiston and Lockport
Total project cost: $5.552M
Fiscal Constraint maintained as $1.785M will be transferred from PIN 5B20.03 State Infrastructure Program Block and remaining $3.767 will be 100% Statewide allocated and matched federal funds (new funds to region)
Anticipated Let (obligation) date is 12/26.
Public comments will be received for 30 days from 5/21/26 until Close of Business (COB) on 6/22/26.
